I’ve always had major problems with anxiety, however recently I have been having these massive panic attacks where, depending how bad they get, I am literally unable to move my fingers or my legs. These episodes take hours to come down from and are beginning to become more frequent and the intensity level is rising. My question is, is it normal to experience a type of paralysis or extreme stiffness along with the usual symptoms of panic attacks and if so how do you manage the attacks when they reach that point?
